After completing a pad site in the same shopping complex, our owner engaged with us about a splitting a large vacant lease space into two spaces for Nordstrom Rack and another prospective tenant. This was a competitive bid project where we collaborated with our valued subcontractors to price and plan how the work would be executed. We are now completing the project as the General Contractor.
Façade renovations are expected to be complete by late summer 2023 with Nordstrom Rack set to move in soon after.
