Ground up construction.

Located in the heart of The Colony, Texas, The Colony Plaza is a brand new Retail/Office center open now boasting six individual buildings and ample parking across 3.8 acres.

After completing a façade renovation across the street, our owner engaged with us about a new ground up retail and office center. This is a design build project where we collaborated from the very beginning with the owner to perform due diligence on the purchase of the property, develop plans and specifications, and work with the Architectural and Engineering firms. We are now completing the project as the General Contractor.

This mixed use retail/office center holds three brand new retail shells totaling 18,645 sq ft and three medical/office condos totaling 14,235 sq ft and is set to finish construction in early 2024.
